Project Overview
The Anti-Harassment Course was designed to foster a safe, equitable, and professional work environment at Amartha. The core challenge was translating dense corporate policies (SK Direksi Nomor 02702 Tahun 2025) and national law into an engaging, actionable learning experience. To achieve this, I focused on designing content that is both legally sound and human-centric—ensuring it wasn't just a "check-the-box" compliance exercise, but a structured program that genuinely empowers employees.

1. Strategic Objectives
The primary goal was to ensure every "A-Team" member understands their role in maintaining a workplace free from discrimination, bullying, and harassment. The course aimed to:
- Define and Identify: Clearly define harassment across physical, visual, and verbal categories, including digital misconduct.
- Empower Action: Equip employees with the knowledge and confidence to actively prevent and safely report incidents.
- Align with Values: Link workplace safety directly to organizational health, productivity, and Amartha’s core values.
2. Instructional Design & Content Strategy
To make the training relatable and impactful, the instructional design focused on real-world application rather than just legal jargon:
- Impact Over Intent: A critical shift in the curriculum was teaching that harassment is determined by the psychological impact on the victim, not the intent of the perpetrator, effectively clarifying "gray areas" for learners.
- Relatable Scenarios: Addressed realistic workplace situations, exploring complex dynamics like power relations, explicit consent, catcalling, and unsolicited digital messages.
- Authoritative Delivery: Utilized video lectures featuring internal Litigation experts to provide organizational authority, while maintaining an approachable, professional tone in the scripting (e.g., "Hi A-Team!").
- Rigorous Quality Assurance: Implemented a multi-stage review cycle with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure absolute legal accuracy and instructional effectiveness.
Summary of Content Structure
- The Importance of Anti-Harassment: Establishes the "Why" by linking physical and psychological safety to overall productivity and company values.
- Defining Harassment: Breaks down complex legal definitions into easily understandable physical, visual, and verbal categories.
- Types of Harassment: Differentiates between sexual and non-sexual harassment, with a specific focus on modern digital misconduct.
- Boundaries & Consent: Explores workplace power relations and emphasizes the absolute necessity of explicit consent in professional interactions.
